If you know me at all, you know how much a Christmas-themed engagement story excites me. Andy knew Sabrina loved Christmas lights so he whisked her off to Leavenworth for Christmas Eve to experience Christmas at its best. When they stopped to have their photo taken in front of the beautifully decorated Christmas trees downtown, he dropped to one knee and asked her to spend the rest of his life with him. I think it’s safe to say it was Sabrina’s favorite Christmas gift that year!

When we arrived at this beautiful lavender field for their engagement session, we were met by rain. It didn’t stop us from diving right into these gorgeous blooms though! Despite the rainy start, the clouds parted and the sun peeked out for the most beautiful golden sunset we could have asked for.

Sabrina & Andy are about as sweet as it gets and they have so much chemistry and clear adoration for each other, it made photographing them a dream. Side note; you know you have a good man when he stops periodically during a photo session to pick the bumblebees out from in between the layers of your dress!
