I’m excited to finally share Elle’s Magnolia Themed Baby shower, which was featured on Inspired By This. With planning and florals from Simply by Tamara Nicole, I knew the event would be above and beyond and Tamara did NOT disappoint.
The inspiration for the event was the baby’s name; Magnolia! Hues from Magnolia leaves set the palette, and magnolia flowers were utilized throughout the event, including atop the beautiful cake by Honey Crumb Cake Studio and paper goods by Fancy Cat Studio.
Guests were treated to a beautiful and fun experience! They were welcomed by a champagne wall with customized champagne glasses, and handmade floral hair pieces as a favor that would also add to the festiveness of the event. Guests were asked to wear white, which made for a clean, neutral color scheme throughout the event and made everyone feel like they were a special part of the celebration.
Instead of traditional tables, a low table and various cushions, pillows and ottomans were used for seating. It made the meal feel casual and cozy while still being elevated and celebratory. What a fun way to dine with girlfriends and celebrate the impending arrival of this little one.
