A Rainy-Day Wedding at Twin Willow Gardens | Seattle Wedding Photographer Janet Lin Photography
Gabby and Minjae’s wedding at Twin Willow Gardens was a testament to grace and adaptability. Despite facing the rainiest weather I’ve ever encountered on a wedding day, the couple’s joy and resilience shined through, creating an unforgettable celebration. With the quick thinking of the talented team at Events by Genevieve, the ceremony was seamlessly moved under a tent. Emerald City Flowers transformed the space with lush, PNW-inspired florals, while soft candlelight and the soothing sound of rain on the tent top set an enchanting, almost otherworldly atmosphere.
The rain, rather than being a challenge, became a unique element of their day, enhancing the romance and intimacy of the event. Gabby and Minjae’s ability to embrace the moment brought warmth and beauty to every aspect of their celebration. Their wedding was a reminder that sometimes, the most unexpected conditions can create the most magical experiences. Gabby & Minjae, it has been such a privilege to know and work with you over the past year! Thank you for trusting my team with your big day!
