These sweethearts met for the first time in JUNIOR HIGH at a track meet! I wonder what 8th grade Elliot would have said if we told him at that time that he’d be planning a surprise proposal (in color coordinated outfits) in their future? All I know is that it is so evident this love story is built upon a beautiful friendship and my heart just bursts thinking about the way theirs has been in the making for so long!

I find it somewhat serendipitous that Sean and Jessica grew up in the same town and went to the same elementary, middle and high school, yet didn’t truly connect until adulthood. Love like this is worth waiting for though, and these two make the most of every second they have together.
